Xiaomi has reportedly added a second production shift to its Beijing factory,Sex in the Game (2017) a move that would allow it to produce 24,000 SU7 electric sports sedans each month in November and December, as demand continues to grow for its first electric vehicle model. The Chinese smartphone giant received more than 23,000 new orders in October seven months after the launch of the vehicle, according to figures obtained by 36Kr. The news comes as Xiaomi reported deliveries of more than 20,000 EVs per month for the first time in October and sees strong demand for the SU7 Ultra, a luxury version of the SU7 that went on pre-sale on Oct. 29. The company is said to be set to introduce its second model, an electric crossover, in 2025 and will be capable of making up to 300,000 EVs annually as early as next July, when the second phase of its EV plant could be completed, the report said.
